The settlement rules on the pages and in the calculators follow what GOV.UK and the Immigration Rules publish. They give information rather than immigration advice, and every application is decided by the Home Office. The Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration have no link to us.

Every date, fee and limit is kept correct and current as far as we can. We cannot guarantee that errors will never appear or that the site will always be available, and we are not liable for any loss you face from relying on it, except where the law prevents us from limiting liability.

Your question goes to an immigration solicitor when you submit the form. The solicitor gives any advice, and their own terms apply to it. You do not become a client of Pembroke Lane Ltd through the form alone, and no solicitor and client relationship starts just by sending it.

Anything unlawful or harmful must not be sent through the form, and questions for others require their permission first. You must not attempt to break, overload or copy large parts of the site.

We provide links to GOV.UK and other sites for reference, but those sites are not under our control. We may update these terms as the site changes; the version shown here is always the current one.

English and Welsh law govern these terms, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
